Oghlan Bakhshi is set to perform at Roulette on Saturday, November 1, 2025. The Turkmen dutar player and bard returns with a rare U.S. program of Turkmen music, tied to his album Journey Across The Steppes, noted as the first international release of Turkmen folk in three decades. Guests include Abdolghaffar Geldinejad on gyjak and Zyyada Jumayeva, a dutar player and bard representing Turkmenistan’s female bardic tradition.
