Sofia Rei has released “Si Una Cae,” a new single featuring Mireya Ramos and Pedrito Martinez. The song draws on the legacy of Manuela Sáenz, a key figure in South America’s independence movement and a close companion of Simón Bolívar.
Rei selected Sáenz as a symbol of women whose contributions history has often minimized or omitted.
