WOMEX, the leading gathering of world music professionals, has announced the call for proposals for the 2023 edition. WOMEX, which includes showcases, a trade fair, film screenings and conferences, will take place in A Coruña, Spain, October 25 – 29, 2023.
The WOMEX proposal invitation is open to musicians, filmmakers, and music professionals worldwide. The official program is selected by a diverse, international, and yearly changing jury, which evaluates all submissions received.
The deadline for proposals for WOMEX 2023 is Friday, March 17, 2023. Applications can be made in four categories Showcase, Club Summit, Conference, and Film and can be submitted from the dedicated website: www.womex-apply.com
