Germán López, one of the leading timple (small guitar) players in the Canary Islands (Spain), and Hawaiian vocalist Ron Artis II will honor United Nations Day on Saturday, October 24, 2020 with a new version of Bob Marley’s iconic song “One Love.”
Asked about the collaboration and innovative new cover of Bob Marley’s “One Love,” Ron Artis II said: “I find it inspirational to work with an artist like Germán López, who makes music so passionately and cares about humanity equally. This song was so important for me, because ‘love’ has always been the answer. Love is what sometimes feels like there’s not enough of it in this world. And just to be part of this project, brought to us by the legendary Bob Marley, encouraged me to work with Germán to put something special and beautiful out in the world. It’s an honor.”
