Artist Profiles: Graham Rorie

Graham Rorie is a fiddler and mandolinist from the Orkney Islands in Scotland. He currently lives in Glasgow.

In 2018, Graham graduated from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland with honors of the first class. Before moving to Glasgow, he was taught by Douglas Montgomery (Saltfishforty/The Chair).

Graham is a founding member of the ensemble Gnoss who released the album ‘Drawn From Deep Water’ in April of 2019. He has performed at various festivals including Celtic Colours (Canada) and Festival Interceltique de Lorient (France).
