Two extraordinary vocal artists, The Mystery of The Bulgarian Voices (formerly known as “Les Mystères Des Voix Bulgares”) and Lisa Gerrard (Dead Can Dance) collaborate once more on a new EP titled Shandai Ya / Stanka.
The EP contains new versions of songs that appeared on The Mystery of The Bulgarian Voices’ 2018 album BooCheeMish plus two exclusive tracks. This is polyphonic music at its best, combining mesmerizing Bulgarian vocal traditions with Lisa Gerrard’s unique and highly recognizable vocal style.

The singers are joined by a superb set of instrumentalists who add contemporary Bulgarian and world music fusion elements from other parts of the globe.
The EP includes an outstanding live performance of Gerrard’s ‘Rite Of Passage’ from a concert in Warsaw, Poland.
