Scheduled to take place from May 24 to 26, 2023, FlamencoEñe stands as an extraordinary flamenco exhibition curated specifically for international programmers and spearheaded by the SGAE Foundation. This captivating event will unfold within the auditorium of the famed Picasso Museum, nestled in the heart of Malaga.

Delighting attendees with a series of enthralling performances, each session shall comprise two brief but riveting displays by acclaimed flamenco artists or ensembles. These showcases represent the pinnacle of cante (song) and instrumental prowess, meticulously chosen by a panel of experts whose specialization lies within the realm of flamenco. Notably, among the audience, the presence of influential international programmers, occupying a privileged role, manifests their quest to unearth fresh flamenco artistic projects and propel them beyond the confines of Spain’s borders.

Throughout the course of three evenings, from May 24 to 26, commencing at 7:00 p.m., six enthralling concerts will unfold, characterized by their unrestricted accessibility to the public. The shows will feature the profound resonance and emotive power of the human voice rooted in cante jondo as well as the consummate virtuosity of guitar prowess.

Presenting an exemplary lineup, the program encompasses an array of renowned artists. On May 24, the stage will host Pedro Montoya ‘Chanquita’ alongside Sandra Carrasco and David de Arahal. Similarly, May 25 will see Tomate and Carlos de Jacoba captivate the audience with their distinctive talents. Finally, the series of concerts will conclude on May 26, highlighting the exceptional artistry of Alejandro Hurtado and Teresa Hernández.
