Fluido Cósmico is a captivating world music project based in Colombia. This is the band’s second album, with original compositions, based on polyrhythms and musical traditions from across the planet.
On the album you’ll find spellbinding frame drums, throat singing, bluesy guitar, whispering voices and much ,ore combined with electronic music layers.
The lineup includes Fao Torres on handpan, guembri, guqin, frame drums, udu, tabla, percussion, vocals; Ya Chien Lin (Taiwan) on frame drums, vocals; Paula Contreras on cello; Ricardo A. Martinez on violin; Daniel Makovej on rabab, flute, electric guitar; Gustavo Pérez on santur, tabla; and Rodrigo Restrepo on sitar.

Angel Romero y Ruiz has dedicated his life to musical exploration. His efforts included the creation of two online portals, worldmusiccentral.org and musicasdelmundo.com. In addition, Angel is the co-founder of the Transglobal World Music Chart, a panel of world music DJs and writers that celebrates global sounds. Furthermore, he delved into the record business, producing world music studio albums and compilations. His works have appeared on Alula Records, Ellipsis Arts, Indígena Records and Music of the World.
