World music expo WOMEX has announced the artists set to perform at the Opening Concert, which focuses on the host country or musical region. Porto ReFolk Express will feature artists from Portugal along with a guest from abroad. WOMEX will take place in Porto, Portugal, October 27 – 31, 2021.
The confirmed artists for WOMEX 2021 Opening Concer Porto ReFolk Express are: Galandum Galundaina (Portugal) performing with Pauliteiros de Miranda (Portugal); Retimbrar (Portugal) performing with special guest Uxía (from the Galician region in neighboring Spain); Seiva (Portugal); and Sopa de Pedra (Portugal).
