Mujeres en Vivo 2024 (Women Live 2024) is set to present 72 live music projects in 33 venues throughout Madrid, Spain during March 2024. The series organized by Madrid en Vivo with the collaboration of the Community of Madrid aims to promote the visibility of female talent in the Spanish music scene.
The fifth edition of Mujeres en Vivo maintains the philosophy that has always characterized this series: highlighting the presence and notoriety of women in the current music scene. It is a joint project between Madrid en Vivo and the General Directorate of Equality of the Community of Madrid (Department of Family, Youth, and Social Policy), which have always advocated for equality within the live music circuit.
The total of 72 projects that make up its programming will take place between March 8 and 31, in 33 venues and flamenco tablaos (nightclubs) in Madrid. Although its lineup is predominantly made up of concerts, Mujeres en Vivo 2024 will also present microtheater and flamenco shows by Flamenco Capital.
