Singer and composer from the outskirts of the eastern zone of São Paulo, Aloysio Letra participates in the celebrations of the outskirts. He composes unique songs and sensitive interpretations of Afro-Brazilian and Afro-indigenous ancestries, in a samba and spicy MPB.
Aloysio Letra invites the listener to an emotional journey that dialogues with the rich heritage of MPB from the 1980s and 2000s, mixing influences from the black traditions of candomblé, pop and the refined instrumentation of a chamber orchestra.
Aloysio Letra earned the opportunity to be part of the Malungo Festival 2023 lineup, a live and video showcase highlighting the richness of Brazilian Black Culture.
