MoonJune Music Announces the highly anticipated Second Annual International Music Festival in Toledo, Spain

MoonJune Music has announced the Second Annual International Music Festival, set to take place in the enchanting city of Toledo, Spain. The extraordinary event will span three days from September 29 to October 1, 2023. The shows will take place at Circulo de Arte. Formerly a sanctuary of worship, this building has transformed into a resplendent performance space.

The diverse and eclectic lineup will present acclaimed talents from various corners of the globe. The music program features progressive music genres, including jazz fusion, progressive rock and electronic music, alongside passionate flamenco and mesmerizing world music. Notable luminaries confirmed include the legendary Soft Machine, featuring the talents of John Etheridge, Theo Travis, Fred Baker, and Asaf Sirkis. Furthermore, the virtuosic duo of pianist Diego Amador and guitarist José Maria Bandera will perform their tribute to the music of Paco de Lucía, Paqueando.

Other extraordinary artists set to perform include Markus Reuter & Anchor and Burden; Dwiki Dharmawan World Peace Band, accompanied by the exceptional Dewa Budjana; Beledo & His Friends with Xavi Reija; Amos Lora, Jaco Abel Flamenco Eléctrico, Ana Alcaide, Anthony Garone, and the Fernando Giron Band.

In addition to the concerts, each morning will be complemented by thought-provoking round table discussions and seminars. Prestigious international professionals will converge upon the festival to deliberate upon the current state of the music industry and its role as a unifying force within world culture. The discourse will also explore traditional music idioms, such as Flamenco and Sephardic Music.

Toledo, an enchanting city steeped in rich history, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that traces its origins back to the Roman era. It is currently the capital of the La Mancha region, renowned not only for its association with the legendary Don Quixote and Miguel Cervantes but also for the iconic Windmills of Consuegra.
