Brazilian singer, multi-instrumentalist, composer and producer Lucas Mascarenhas Santana, better known as Lucas Santtana, was born October 18, 1970) in Salvador de Bahia, Brazil.

Lucas Santtana has made a significant effect on the Brazilian music scene. He is known for his distinct mix of traditional Brazilian music with elements of electronic music.

Santtana began his career in the early 1990s. One of the things that sets Santtana apart from other Brazilian musicians is his ability to blend different genres and styles in his music.
