Danish ensemble Mames Babegenush will be touring the United States and Canada in July 2022. The young Danish band is known for its combination of Scandinavian traditional music with jazz and klezmer traditions of Eastern Europe.
During this tour, Mames Babegenush will perform songs from their sixth studio album, which was written and recorded during the pandemic and is due out later this year.
The band comprises Andreas Møllerhøj on double bass, Lukas Rande on saxophone, Henrik Hansen on drums, Nicolai Kornerup on accordion, Bo Rande on flügelhorn and Emil Goldschmidt on clarinet.
