“Isla Musa” presents the joyful and alluring music created by a group of musicians from Italy and Spain. Zeitun means olive in Arabic and serves as one of the unifying symbols of the Mediterranean area.

Brought together by Sicilian musician Ermanno Panta, Sergi Gómez, Luati González, and Daniel Abad have skillfully recreated various musical genres from southern Italy and Spain, including flamenco, along with exquisite jazz sensibilities. On “Isla Musa” you’ll hear tanguillos, Sicilian ballettu, bulerías, taranto, tarantela, pizzica, tammorriata and tangos.
