Ghanaian reggae and world music star Rocky Dawuni is set to perform live at the World Peace Music Festival in historic Leimert Park, Los Angeles on Friday, August 13 at 5:00 p.m. Dawuni will be playing with his full 11 piece all-star band
The free community festival is an inaugural event to raise awareness and support for the Open Arms Food Pantry and Resource Center. Other artists scheduled to perform include Jason Tamba of Playing for Change and Empress Akua.
Rocky Dawuni recently released “Voice of Bunbon, Vol. 1”.
