Multi-instrumentalist Emad Bonakdar has released two albums, the soundtrack Mum’s Guest and Eastern Constellation on the X DOT 25 Music label.
Bonakdar fuses jazz, flamenco, Indian and Persian music. He plays guitars, keyboards and samplers. on Mum’s Guest he is joined by other p;ersian musicians: Mum’s Guest is the soundtrack he composed and performed with few other Persian musicians: Reza Abaee on ghaychak; Hamed Nikpay on ud, tar, and setar; and Homayoon Nasiri on tombak.
