Anoushka Shankar to Release Traces of You in October 2013

World music sensation Anoushka Shankar will release her new album titled Traces of You in October 2013. Traces of You features Anoushka’s half-sister Norah Jones. Other guests include Nitin Sawhney, Ravichandra Kulur, Manu Delago, Pirashanna Thevarajah, Sanjeev Shankar, Kenji Ota and Tanmoy Bose.

Traces of You was developed from the notion that everything in the universe leaves an indelible mark — or a subtle trace — on everything it encounters.

Anoushka’s previous recordings include Traveller, Rise, Live At Carnegie Hall, Breathing Under Water, Anoushka, and Anourag.
