Madrid Region to Host Prestigious Flamenco Festival Suma Flamenca 2012

Suma Flamenca, one of the finest flamenco festivals in the world, will be staged throughout the Madrid region in June 2012. Performances will take place June 7-30 at 9 venues in the Spanish capital and other municipalities in the Madrid region. There will also be special programming at four flamenco nightclubs.

Some of the artists scheduled to perform include Blanca del Rey, Carmen Linares, Tomatito, Juan Valderrama, María Toledo, 12 year old guitar prodigy Amós Lora, as well as Israeli guest artist, Yasmin Levy.
