Mandolinist Mark Stoffel has released a video for “Shadowbands,” a musical piece inspired by 2017’s solar eclipse. The track includes Stoffel accompanied by Gina Furtado (banjo), celebrated Irish fiddler and violinist Niall Murphy, co-producer Josh Morrison on guitar, and longtime collaborator Ross Sermons (upright bass).
The musicians live in various parts of the world, including the United States, Northern Ireland and Australia so the video was made using socially-distanced methods.
