Rocky Dawuni, an influential Ghanaian singer and songwriter, has released his latest single, “Rise.” Known as the “King of Afro Roots,” Dawuni offers this track as the first glimpse of his forthcoming album.
“Rise” delivers an uplifting message of resilience, urging listeners to overcome challenges while celebrating triumphs. With its powerful lyrics, the song also serves as a call for unity among the global Black diaspora, encouraging collective efforts towards achieving true freedom and liberation.
