Extraordinary Moroccan Singer Nabyla Maan

Moroccan artist Nabyla Maân was born on December 6, 1987, in Fes, Morocco. She was raised in a traditional Moroccan music environment, studying under eminent masters.

As a contemporary artist, she integrates a modernist approach to ancient Moroccan music, incorporating global elements. Her projects mix Malhoune, Arab Andalusian, and Tarab Gharnaté with jazz and world music.

Maân has released five albums, including Dalalu Al Andalus in May 2017, which won two awards at the Morocco Music Awards.
