The Russian World Music Chart has released the list of top albums in 2024. In total, 67 albums in the genres of world music, ethnic and folk music, released at the end of 2023 (December) and throughout 2024, participate in the chart. This includes material from 24 labels and self-released releases.
The international jury, which includes 21 representatives from Japan, Turkey, Norway, the USA, Hungary, Slovakia, Germany, Serbia, Spain, Italy, the Czech Republic and Russia, selected and announced the 20 best albums by the end of 2024.

In October 2021, Russia’s first world music chart, the Russian World Music Chart (RWMC), was launched. The purpose of RWMC is to attract the attention of the world music community to the new folk music releases of multinational Russia, as well as popularizing and assisting in promoting unique musicians from remote corners of Russia in the Russian Federation and abroad.
