Carlos Núñez is set to perform at Kaufman Music Center in Manhattan on Tuesday, October 22, 2024. Known for his energy, virtuosity, and charisma, multi-instrumentalist Carlos Núñez’s music is rooted in the rich Celtic traditions of Galicia on the northwest coast of Spain where he was born and still resides. He is highly regarded as the world’s leading gaita player, mastering the bagpipes of this maritime region.
Núñez’s latest album, Celtic Sea, pays tribute to the Celtic roots of Brittany, France, considered to be the heart of all Atlantic Celts.
