A brilliant and soulful improviser, Bakhsh delivers a mix of melodic ornamentation and spare, electric grooves. His repertoire is diverse and deep, reflecting Balochistan’s legacy as a centuries-old trading crossroads. The artist came to the world’s attention with the release of his debut solo album, Jingul in 2022.
