More than a year since their excellent debut Could We Be More hit the world music scene, Kokoroko now unveils a fresh assortment of remixes for tracks from that first album.
Renowned for their seamless blend of Afrobeat and jazz, Kokoroko invited a diverse group of remixers to contribute their creativity to Could We Be More Remixes. Each artist, including Dreamcastmoe, anaiis, KeiyaA, Eun, Demae, Hagan, Ash Lauryn, Stefan Ringer, Miles James, and Vanyfox, delivered a distinctive, cutting edge touch. Favorite tracks are “Ewà Inú” (Vanyfox Remix), Home (anaiis Remix) and the exquisite “Something’s Going On” (Miles James Remix).
This collection crafts a headphone-centric listening experience while simultaneously teasing out the dance music elements tailored for the club atmosphere.
