Squeezebox player and vocalist Celina da Piedade, one of Portugal’s leading folk music artists, has just rolled out the live video of one of the most iconic songs of her career, “Calimero e a Pêra Verde.” This colorful song is deeply grounded in Portuguese folk tradition.
Band members include Ana Santos on violin; Fili Ribeiro on percussion and vocals; Nilson Dourado on guitar; Sebastião Santos on drums; and Sofia Neide on double bass.
