Israel Fernández, a leading flamenco singer, will be the guest at “A solas con… Israel Fernández,” an event produced by the SGAE Foundation. He is also commissioned to organize a series of events called Nuevos Territorios for the occasion.
“A solas con… Israel Fernández” is a way to learn about his methods and processes through a conversation with journalist and flamenco expert José Miguel Gamboa. This event is free, although space is limited.
The singer from Toledo will also share his perspective on flamenco and talk about his new album, which he worked on with guitarist Diego del Morao and electronic producer Pional.
Furthermore, Fernández will act as the artistic coordinator for the Nuevos Territorios part, two events that complete this program, with performances by Pedro Montoya “Chanquita”, Lela Soto, José del Curro, and Jesús de la Estrella.
The Sala Berlanga in Madrid (located at Calle Andrés Mellado 53) will host this showcase from March 30 to April 1, starting at 8:30 pm. Tickets for the concerts are priced at 3.50 euros and can be purchased at the box office and entradas.com.
