Shetland pianist Amy Laurenson won the BBC Radio Scotland Young Traditional Musician Award 2023. City Halls, the stunning venue at the Celtic Connections festival, played host to the final of the BBC Radio Scotland Young Traditional Musician Award on Sunday, February 5th, 2023.
The six talented finalists were Aidan Moodie, Ailis Sutherland, Amy Laurenson, Madeline Stewart, Mairi McGillivray, and Sam Mabbett.
