Artist Profiles: Flamenco Percussionist Ané Carrasco

Ané Carrasco Molina, a Spanish percussion master, hails from a celebrated flamenco dynasty in Jerez’s Santiago neighborhood. Born in Seville on July 10, 1991, he made his stage debut at the tender age of 12 with his father, acclaimed flamenco singer and composer Diego Carrasco.

With a talent that has garnered worldwide recognition, Ané has collaborated with renowned artists such as Miguel Poveda, Moraíto Chico, Diego el Cigala, Niño Josele and Niña Pastori, and has performed in far-flung locations like Tokyo, New York, and Paris.

Beyond his musical prowess, Ané is also a lover of fashion and art.
