Legendary flamenco guitarist Tomatito will open Suma Flamenca 2022, one of Spain’s largest flamenco festivals, tomorrow in Madrid. Tomatito will present the premiere of his show ‘De la plaza vieja a la plaza de Santa Ana’ (From the old square to Santa Ana square).
The guitarist from Almería will share the stage at Teatros del Canal with his son, José del Tomate, also a guitarist; singers Morenito de Illora and Kiki Cortiñas; and percussionist Israel Suárez “Piraña.”
