JM International has announced the artists set to perform at its 77th JMI Global Conference and Annual General Assembly (AGA) in Bañolas/Banyoles in Spain. Under the theme “Rhythms of Resilience”, the showcases will take place July 12-15, 2022.
The JMI Global is a 2-day conference scheduled for July 12 and 13 at El Ateneo/L’Ateneu in Bañolas. The event aims to take attendees on a journey of reflection, discovery and learning, looking at the measures being taken within the international youth-music community to create more resilient and sustainable cultural offerings that enable children and youth to thrive, both personally and professionally.
This JMI Global is also a space to discover young talented musicians from around the planet that perform world music, jazz and other genres. This year’s musical lineup includes: Las Lloronas (Belgium), Hanke Brothers (Germany), Faith Mussa (Malawi), VIMMA (Finland), Trio Oro (Norway) and Orthemis Orchestra (Spain).
While in Bañolas, delegates of the conference will also have the opportunity to experience several up-and-coming artists from this year’s hosts, JM Spain.
