Algerian musician and composer Anouar Kaddour Cherif is set to release Djawla, an album of Arabic jazz in January 2022.
The album contains nine musical pieces with Anouar on mandola; Clément Meunier on bass clarinet; Hannes Junker on drums; and Antoine Brochot on double bass. Anouar also adds vocals to ‘Call Of The Night’ and the closing track ‘Amiret Erriyam.’
