The European Folk Network (EFN) has announced its Spring Forward #2 meeting scheduled for Saturday, April 24, 2021. Non-members are welcomed to attend although a donation is requested to keep costs down.
The Spring Forward #2 theme is EFN Tomorrow: Who We Want To Be and Where We Want To Go. The keynote speaker will be Alistair Anderson, musician, composer, organizer, and educator.
Other speakers include Linda Dyrnes of FolkOrg, Norway; artist and organizer Svetlana Spajic from Serbia; and Janusz Prusinowski, Mazurkas of the World, Poland.
The third Spring Forward will take place on Wednesday, June 9, 2021. The topic is ‘An EFN Manifesto and Three Year Strategic Plan. ‘
