Lotus festival is partnering with Creative Alliance from Baltimore to promote the Charm City Django Jazz Festival. The two day event will celebrate the legacy of famed gypsy jazz pioneer Django Reinhardt. The concerts will take place Friday, February 26 – Saturday, February 27, 2021.
The Friday Night Concert will feature newly recorded sets of music by artists rarely seen on a bill together. Featured artists include: Jimmy Grant, Tommy Davy, Luanne Homzy (Los Angeles, USA); Miklos Lakatos Gypsy Orchestra (Budapest, Hungary); London Django Collective (London, England); Mogeli and Justin Geisler Trio (Netherlands); Tcha Limberger and Les Violons de Bruxelle (Brussels, Belgium); and Adrien Moignard Trio with Mathieu Chatelain Jérémie (Paris, France).
