Moroccan-French band Bab L’ Bluz Reveals Nayda

Moroccan-French four-piece act, Bab L’ Bluz, has released Nayda (Real World Records) in digital format. The physical editions on CD and LP will be available in July.

Bab L’ Bluz plays North African blues. Led by a Moroccan woman in a traditionally male role, Bab L’ Bluz are part of Morocco’s ‘nayda’ youth movement, a new wave of artists and musicians inspired by local traditions, who sing in the Moroccan-Arabic dialect of darija.
