Singers Alfredo Tejada, Alicia Gil and Eva Mengibar are set to perform tonight, December 17 at Sala Berlanga in Madrid. The show is the final part of the Flamenco y Mestizos series, produced by SGAE Foundation.
Numerous accolades support the career of the singer Alfredo Tejada Zurita (Málaga, 1979), including the coveted Lámpara Minera flamenco award in 2017. He has been part of of the Antonio Gades and Eva Yerbabuena dance companies, among others, with which he has toured many stages around the world.
Alicia Gil and Eva Mengibar created Navidad Cantaora, a vocal ensemble specialized in traditional Christmas carols. Both have a long career. Additional musicians: Lito Espinosa on guitar, David “Chupete” on percussion and acclaimed bailaora (dancer) Marina Valiente, complete the formation of Navidad Cantora.
