This year is California WorldFest’s 20th anniversary. The event will take place July 14-17, 2016, in Grass Valley, California. For the past two decades California WorldFest has taken place in the heart of Sierra Nevada and not only shared music of the world, but taught Conscious Living, with homesteading classes such as bee keeping, canning, preservation and nature education.
The fest’s Global Village will be expanding this year, offering more workshops, demonstrations, music and dance. Festival goers will have the opportunity to meet the artists, learn about traditional instruments, dance, costume, crafts and expand their awareness of Indigenous cultures worldwide.
