World music expo WOMEX is seeking submissions from all music filmmakers for the 2015 WOMEX Film Screenings. WOMEX 2015 will take place in Budapest, Hungary from October 21 through October 25, 2015. The deadline for conference proposals is Friday, April 10, 2015.
WOMEX presents documentaries that portray music, movements and history from across the world. WOMEX gives filmmakers a platform to present their work – whether feature, middle-length or short – and connect directly to the World Music Community. The film program will be curated by the WOMEX film team.
Last year, a total of 15 documentaries were screened as part of the WOMEX daytime and evening film screenings.
