Madgarden Festival is a new festival that will present outstanding international artists representing various musical genres. It is a collaboration between the private sector, Complutense University of Madrid and Heineken.
The festival is organized for the first time this year in Madrid and brings outdoor summer concerts back to Spain’s capital. It will take place from 26 June to 27 July, 2014 at the Royal Botanic Gardens located at Complutense University.
World music highlights include sitar player and global music star Anoushka Shankar + emerging flamenco vocalist Sandra Carrasco, Galician Celtic band Luar Na Lubre, ska and reggae icons Skatalites, and fiery Peruvian singer Eva Ayllón.
