Guitar maestro Gerardo Núñez will pay tribute to the music of the late Paco de Lucia, accompanied by two young rising guitar players Dani de Morón and Diego del Morao. Suma Flamenca Festival (Flamenco summit) organized by the Madrid regional government will honor the master of masters, the most international of all guitarists, Paco de Lucía.
Gerardo Núñez, a guitar master himself, is behind The fourth dimension, a show in which, next to two young artists, he will pay tribute to the man who raised Flamenco to the fourth dimension of the finest music. This concert will take place on Sunday, June 29th at the Teatro Español. It will be the first part of the double bill last week, comprising two premieres.
The second concert will present the famous Israeli singer Yasmin Levy along with spirited flamenco singer Montse Cortés. Two female voices that explore their musical styles, origins and destiny linked to the Mediterranean culture, accompanied by four musicians and two dancers.
