Spanish world music group Acetre, one of the best exponents of the border music from Spain and Portugal has just released a new video entitled “La Casa de Mosés” (Mosés’ home).
The track comes from the album Arquitecturas Rayanas (Bordering Architectures). “La Casa de Mosés” is one of the most vibrant and joyful pieces during the group’s live performances. The song was composed by José Tomás Sousa and is inspired by the unique architecture of the Jewish Quarter of Hervas in Cáceres (Extremadura in western Spain).
“La Casa de Mosés” was recorded live at López de Ayala Theatre in Badajoz in March 16, 2013 and videotaped at the historical Rincón Nazari in Badajoz.
