International conference WOMEX is seeking photographers for the 2009 edition. "We are looking for a new selection of 4 photographers to cover this year’s event in Copenhagen," said WOMEX director Gerald Seligman. WOMEX is the largest world music conference, trade show and showcase. Last year it was held in [wiki:Sevilla] (Spain) and this year it will be held 28 Oct – 1 in Copenhagen (Denmark).
"To apply, please send a biography and direct us to your online photo gallery, so we can get a clear idea of your work and experience," continued Seligman. The submission deadline is Friday, 15 May 2009 and the contact for full details is media@womex.com.
