Igor Bueno, is a composer, multi-instrumentalist, performer, poet and music educator, member of Grupo Cupuaçu. The group is rooted in the richness and diversity of Afro-Brazilian popular culture, especially that of Maranhão. Currently, he is also dedicated to his original work through songs that cover the universe of Brazilian popular music with the composer’s own poetic and musical language.
In “Recanto dos Mil Sonhos”, he invites the public to delve into his influences and inspirations, in a rich and diverse musical universe that reflects the richness and diversity of Brazilian culture, from samba and forró to côco and bumba- meu-boi, in a poetic and musical language typical of the artist.
