Rising Cuban vocalist Danay Suárez has a stunning new video titled “Flores,” directed by renowned visual artist, Karoll William Perez Zambrano, who is also a Cuban musician and designer. “I heard Danay Suárez’s voice for the first time four years ago, through videos her fans constantly posted on Youtube. I was instantly bewitched by the charm of her poetry and the strength of her music. I imagined at that moment, that someday I’d be able to join forces with her. Fate and geography made that dream come true, a dream that bloomed flowers. It was an honor to have created this video for Danay. I thank her for her trust and hope that her fans will always reciprocate the love she delivers in her art,” said Karoll about his cooperation with Danay.

“‘Flores’ justifies the need to hear the voice of calmness we have within in order to solve our existential problems with love, because this way there is no way to lose. Therefore, for questions asked with stones, there are replies with flowers, flowers for the losers…patience and tranquility are important elements that I want people to understand in this song, it’s a deep breath, endurance and strength to face change. Not to confuse the physical with spiritual chemistry...” reveals Danay on the song’s meaning and video.

The deluxe version of her album ‘Polvo de la Humedad‘ will be released on October 14th. It will feature two new songs, “Flores” and “Wake Up”.
