Voice of Another World (Times Music)
This promising Indian fusion band consists of Vinay Jadhav on guitars and vocals, Vaibhav Jadhav on bass, Vijay Shivalkar on drums, Bhimrao Mohite on tabla and Abhijeet Narvekar on djembe and dhol. The eight tracks are well produced.
Our favorite is the track Nayi Duniya, with lyrics by Yuvraj Mohite in English and Hindi and a fine bass-lead guitar jugalbandi. The liner notes do not offer much information on the tracks or artists, unfortunately. Other notable tracks include Chet Sake To and Kahan Gaye?
