Lebanese ud master and composer Marcel Khalifé will begin his North American tour on September 28. His concert scheduled for San Diego has suffered changes due to a heated political controversy. The concert there is still happening, but the venue had to be changed due to a roadblock related to misperceptions and tensions that exist in today’s political climate towards Arabs.
