Sibling Synergy: Matthieu and Camille Saglio Top Iberian Roots Chart on 2nd Quarter of 2025

Al Alba (at dawn in Spanish), the latest collaboration between France-born cellist Matthieu Saglio and his brother, vocalist Camille Saglio, has reached number one on LIMúR, the Iberian Roots Music Chart, for the second quarter of 2025.

The album brings together two lifelong musical companions. Matthieu, classically trained in Rennes and now based in Valencia (Spain), combines cello with influences from jazz, world, and Mediterranean traditions. Camille, inspired early on by his brother’s musicianship, found his own voice, literally, through vocal expression, shaping a distinct yet complementary path.
