From July 19 to 20, Letux will host a unique cultural event focusing on music, nature, and heritage. The second edition of the Escenario Estepario Festival features renowned, innovative Spanish fold music artists such as Alejandro y María Laura, Karmento, L-R, Ombligo, Pilar Almalé, and Rosin de Palo. The festival also includes workshops, guided tours, and a variety of culinary offerings, making it an ideal weekend getaway just 70 kilometers from Zaragoza, Spain.
The small town of Letux, with a population of just over 300, will welcome both locals and visitors to experience a diverse and engaging program. Attendees will explore the town’s cultural heritage, walking through its narrow streets, discovering its cul-de-sacs, and admiring houses dating back to the Islamic conquest.
The town’s rich history includes archaeological remains from the Celtiberian population of Bernama and a palace from the era of the powerful Marquis of Lazán. This historic building will serve as a backdrop for the concerts, which will also take place in unique natural settings such as the Ojos del Prado, natural water springs surrounded by nature.
Through these various attractions, the festival aims to rediscover and celebrate Letux’s heritage with a fresh perspective through music.
