Cem Yildiz introduces World-Electro from Anatolia

Known as the “Modern-day troubadour,” Cem Yildiz passionately explores Anatolian and Alevi-Bektashi music, delivering captivating performances imbued with shamanic essence. Utilizing electrified saz and vocals, he draws from the rich tradition of musician-poets from Anatolia, offering a unique combination that transports audiences into the heart of Istanbul’s urban and underground music scene.

Currently touring with his album I Fly, The Skies Fly, Cem Yildiz features the acoustic rendition of “Stil,” a collaborative piece with Acid Arab, with whom he regularly collaborates and performs.

His performances grace the stages of renowned international European festivals.
